Headless WooCommerce stores
Every page on GigGear, JP Cases and Stencils Australia is Astro on Cloudflare Workers, reading products from WooCommerce through its Store API. Checkout is the one page WooCommerce still serves, under the same domain, so the cart carries straight over. Swatches and search are built into the storefront, so their plugins are gone.
Net sales up 54% in the six weeks after launch, against the six weeks before.
Headless CMS migration

Two-way SMS inside Trello. Move a card to a list and the customer gets a text from your template. Their reply comes back to the same card.
Foam Designer
Customers design the foam insert for their Pelican case in the browser: pockets shaped to their kit, finger grips, two-colour foam and printed names. Export stays locked until every wall and floor is thick enough to cut, then the design goes to the router as a DXF.
